The Arab Center for the Sustainability of Civil Action, affiliated with the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, completed the activities of the training program “Introduction to Development Project Management” In the presence of 44 participants from civil society organizations.

The training program lasted for three days and covered a number of topics, the most important of which were: -

The importance of managing development projects.

Basics of development project management.

Stages of development projects.

Management of human resources and financial resources in development projects.

Management of activities and external relations in development projects.

Quality and risk management in development projects.

Continuity and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for development projects.
